About Gia
As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and 30 years of hands on experience, Gia Newell has earned her wings to soar out on her own, naming her new business, Catered by Gia.
Gia worked the last 30 years as the head chef and Banquet & Catering manager for the family owned business called Chatterley’s.
Now she has taken all of her experience and has begun her new venture at the newly renovated, semi private golf course, Green Woods Country Club.
